Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order — no minimums, no codes. All orders ship USPS with tracking, and we email you the tracking number the moment your package is on its way.

Your timeline

1. Digital proof. Within 2 business days of your order, we email a digital stitch proof of your exact design. Nothing is stitched until you approve it.

2. Production and shipping. Once you approve your proof, allow 7–10 days for your set to be stitched, inspected, and shipped to your door via USPS.

Replying quickly to your proof email is the best way to keep your order moving.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. Planning a larger order from outside the U.S.? Contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Need it by a specific date?

If you have a hard deadline — a salon opening, an event, a photo shoot — contact us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit your date.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package leaves us it's in USPS's hands, but we don't leave you on your own. If tracking stalls or your package doesn't arrive, email us and we'll chase it down with the carrier and make it right.
