Are they chemical resistant? Can I use them for color?
Yes. The fabric is bleach-proof and chemical-resistant — it holds up to color, lightener and developer without breaking down.
We tested it ourselves rather than take anyone's word for it: 6A with 20 volume, and bleach with 20 volume, both left to process for thirty minutes, then washed and dried. No bleaching and no color deposited — not on the cape, not on the apron, and not on the clothes underneath.
The embroidery is not touched by any of it. Real thread does not lift, crack or fade the way a print does — bleach and color leave the lettering alone.
Will I see it before you stitch it?
Always. We email you a photo-real mockup within 12 hours, showing your lettering exactly as it will come off the machine.
You then have 24 hours to change anything — the text, the font, the thread color, the size. Changes are free and there is no limit on them. Nothing goes on the machine while that window is open.
How fast will I get it?
Your mockup lands within 12 hours. We start stitching within 1–3 days, and your order then goes out by USPS with tracking, 4–7 days in the mail.
Working to a hard date — a salon opening, an event, a shoot? Text us before you order at (469) 368-5805 and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Is there a minimum order?
Not for lettering. Order a single cape for your own chair with your name or your @handle on it — no minimum and no set-up fee. Sets for the whole salon start at four pieces, and the per-piece price drops as the set grows.
Your own logo is the exception. Logo orders start at 8 pieces — capes and aprons in any mix — plus a one-time $10 digitizing fee to turn your artwork into a stitch file.
Shipping is $10 flat, and free once your order passes $60.
What if it is not right?
If it arrives faulty we will make it right. Send us a photo within 7 days.
