Overview

This website is operated by Threads on Design ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Our products

Every product we sell is custom embroidered to the lettering, fonts, thread colors, and sizes you choose. Before production, we email you a digital stitch proof of your exact design. Production begins only after you approve your proof, and your approved proof is the final specification for your order. Product photos on this site are for illustration; thread colors may render slightly differently on different screens.

Your lettering and logos

You are responsible for the text and any artwork you submit for embroidery. By submitting lettering or a logo, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any trademark, copyright, or other rights of any third party. We reserve the right to decline orders containing content we cannot lawfully or ethically reproduce.

Ordering and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify's payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund — for example, in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order. Timelines and details are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and begin from proof approval, not from the order date.

Returns, remakes, and cancellations

Because our products are personalized, returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: you may cancel any time before approving your proof, and we remake or refund anything that doesn't match your approved proof or arrives defective.

Intellectual property

The Threads on Design name, logo, site content, and designs are our property and may not be used without our written permission. This does not apply to your own business name and artwork, which remain yours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by carriers or other events outside our reasonable control.
