Shipping & Turnaround

Every Threads on Design order is custom embroidered to your exact lettering, so our timeline works a little differently than an off-the-shelf store. Here is exactly what to expect from checkout to your door.

Your Order Timeline

1. Your mockup — within 12 hours. After you place your order, we prepare a digital mockup showing your lettering, fonts, thread colors, and sizes exactly as they will be embroidered, and email it to you within 12 hours.

2. We start stitching 24 to 72 hours after your order. That leaves you at least 12 hours with the mockup in hand to tell us if anything needs changing — a spelling, a thread color, a letter height, anything at all. Changes are free and there is no limit on them. If we don't hear from you, we take it as a green light and stitch exactly what the mockup shows. You don't need to reply to approve it; you only need to reply if something is wrong.

3. Your order ships in 1 to 3 days. Your capes and aprons go into production on our commercial embroidery equipment, and every piece is inspected before it leaves our shop.

4. Shipping — 4 to 7 days. Orders ship with tracking, which we email you the moment your package is on its way.

Because we no longer wait on an approval, your order keeps moving on its own — just keep an eye out for that mockup email so you don't miss your window to change something.

Shipping Details

Shipping is $10 flat, and free on orders over $60. We currently ship within the United States, and every order goes USPS with tracking.
